Subject: Notice of the 7th Regular Meeting of the English Presbytery

May the grace and peace of the Triune God be with the churches, ministries, and households that you serve. We wish for your fruitfulness in all areas. We hereby announce the schedule for the 7th Regular Meeting of the English Presbytery. We kindly request your attendance and participation.

- If, due to personal reasons or health issues, you are unable to attend in person, please consider delegating your attendance through someone who will be attending. This would greatly assist in the progress of the meeting.
- Please notify the stated clerk of any changes in the contact information including address, phone number, and email, at least one week before the seniors' association meeting. (Stated Clerk: Pastor Sungwon Jahng, 310-387-8844 sjahng@gmail.com)
- Ch.4 Art. 1 says, “the finances of the plenary session are covered by presbytery fees, special donations, support fees, and other income paid by each church affiliated with the association. The recommended Presbytery fee is 1% of the annual budget of each church. The application fee is 45 dollars, and the annual pastoral membership fee is 100 dollars.”
- Please prepare as best you can according to this criterion. The annual membership fee for pastor members is $100. However, if a church’s contribution exceeds $100, that amount will cover the pastor member’s fee. For example, if a church pays a contribution of $300, three pastor members from that church do not need to pay the pastor membership fee.
